They say that Jesus came back to earth - well if he did his name was Robert Nesta Marley. His "One Love" mantra, anthem, rule of life said everything about him as a human being. His music lives in my soul. Thank you Johnny Farrell for stepping me up to the plate to enjoy the music of Marley back in the summer of 1975, it was one of the best introductions of my life and is still bounding out of my sound systems 45 years later. My favourite Bob Marley song is "Waiting In Vain" such an unrequited story yearning for his hearts desire. We've all had that feeling and that's why he was so special, songs for the world to resonate emotionally with.
